Cool, clear, and polished citrus peach scent with herbal-plant aromas, delicate shell tones, and a hint of dark berries. Cool and tart, rather bright fruit, lively acidity, and a delicate grip, again shell tones, a trace of yeast, sustainable on the palate, has freshness and bite, in the background minerality, still undeveloped, tight, again a tart finish.
