Firm and deep, somewhat dried-floral, nutty and hinted mushroomy scent of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with a hint of dried herbs and honey, black berries as well as clear frost notes. Very sweet and concentrated fruit with a hint of beeswax and caramel, fine acidity, reindeer cloves and dried mushrooms in the background, light tannic grip, dense and persistent, good depth, chalky minerality, long, again concentrated finish with bite, floral tones, a little Mediterranean herbs and black berry hints.
