Rather firm, tart, a little dried vegetable to herbaceous and a hint of ashy fragrance with restrained yellow fruity aromas, broccoli and almost a little dark spicy tones. Tart and again very firm in the mouth, reserved, compact fruit, clear, again rather dark minerality and spiciness, fine acidity and a lot of touch of crumbly tannin, peppery nuances, lasting, dense, still unapproachable, excellent depth, again very firm and compact, intensive mineral finish
