Cool, firm and deep, delicately yeasty and a little dried vegetable nose with reserved, tart yellow fruity notes, nutty traces, hinted dried flowers and minerality. Ripe, dense, juicy, sweetish fruit, very fine, ripe acidity and some touch of crumbly tannins, herbal and planty notes on the palate, slightly floral, in the background also dark berries, compact structure, deep mineral foundation, a touch of candy, a little citrus zest, very good to long, firm and concentrated, again delicately sweetish finish, again with enormous, chalky minerality and distinct peppery spice
