2007 Seinsheim Hohenbühl Gewürztraminer Kabinett, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Complex herbaceous nose, lychee and tea leaves, delicate mineral notes, rosewood. Quite compact on the palate, soft preserved pomaceous fruit with a bitter-sweet touch, herbs and rosewood, light citrus notes, moderate acidity provides backbone, has some substance, cool with light mineral notes, good finish.
