Tart nose, light dried vegetal and floral notes, yellow fruit, hint of yellow spice, light yeasty notes, hint of bacon, touch of oak. Clear, polished, partly preserved juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, waxy traces in the background, touch of wine gums, light mineral notes, still slightly yeasty, touch of oak, some grip, mineral notes in the background, slightly sweetish and creamy on a very good finish.
