Tart, fairly firm nose, light dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco and bacon, prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, nutty traces. Fairly firm, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, nutty and light yeasty aromas, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery traces, persistent, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, hint of tobacco in the background, peominent mineral notes, hint of sugar candy, some depth, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, sweetish, juicy, slightly spicy finish.
