2016 Godramstein Münzberg Riesling trocken out of space, Pfalz, Germany

Firm, slightly reductive nose, light vegetal and prominent yeasty notes, whiff of smoky oak, yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, herbaceous traces, coffee, caramel, bacon, prominent mineral notes. Fairly firm on the palate, still slightly nuted, yeasty notes and some oak, very elegant acidity, light smoky notes and some tobacco, earthy and vegetal notes, persistent, fairly compact structure, sage and passion fruit, good depth, slightly sweetish and creamy, integrated tannins provide grip, still undeveloped, fairly prominent mineral notes on a very good, fairly firm finish.
