2021 Wachau DAC Joching Grauburgunder Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat nutty, herbal to herbaceous and slightly smoky aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little pepper, bacon and wax. Warm, relatively sweet fruit with herbal, nutty and slightly smoky tones, red berry hints in the background, some bacon, noticeable alcohol, herbal nuances, some minerality, good to very good, quite firm, again sweetish finish with smoky tones.
