Clear, cool, polished nose with very fine, light yellow-fruity aromas, delicately vegetable notes, some yeast and chalky nuances. Fine juicy, again very bright, youthful fruit, lively, polished acidity, delicate touch, persistent on the palate, clear, chalky-salty minerality, slightly nutty tones in the background, good substance, elegant style, rather cool, very good, tart finish
