2018 Escherndorf Am Lumpen 1655 Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Astringent, slightly dried, vegetal, earthy and slightly tobacco-like fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and warm floral nuances. Ripe, somewhat sweetish, light fruit, planty to herbaceous, slightly peppery and yeasty notes, lively, fine acidity, noticeable, slightly sandy tannin, aromas reminiscent of broccoli, good substance and persistence, has power, slightly ethereal notes, very good, only slightly drying finish. Must mature
