A somewhat vegetable, nutty, and slightly smoky-bacon scent of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries and wild herbs. Straightforward, slightly sweet fruit with a touch of black berries, yeast, and hinted savoy cabbage, lively acidity, delicate grip, with candied notes in the background, salty tones, and a good finish.
