A rather firm, somewhat austere, plant-like to herbal scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas and mineral notes, and a hint of yeast. Clear, taut, almost cool-looking fruit, fine vegetable aromas, nutty traces in the background, fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, chalky-salty minerality, certain depth, some melt, very good, finely juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2025 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
