Firm and quite deep, herbal-plant-like and also root-vegetable, with a slightly nutty aroma featuring fine, bright yellow fruit notes, a certain minerality, leek, and floral nuances. Taut, undeveloped, bright fruit, lively acidity and fine grip, fresh, finely spicy plant notes on the palate, persistent, slightly bitter-nutty and subtly smoky in the background, chalky minerality, good depth, still undeveloped, delicately sweet melt, bitter-lemony hints, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2026 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
