A somewhat more developed, firmer, distinctly vegetable and slightly nutty aroma of broccoli, green asparagus, and celery with yellow fruity notes and a hint of spring onions and medicinal traces. Ripe, quite juicy, sweet fruit with nutty, smoky, and again distinctly vegetable flavors, on the palate also noticeably pome fruit, a bit of butter, and a touch of vanilla, very fine acidity, a grip of tender tannin, good sustainability, smoky hints, a bit of minerality, good to very good, again sweet, thus especially with air flowing finish.
