Firm nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, tart yellow fruit, light earthy and yeasty notes, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, light yeasty and salty notes, citrus notes, good persistence, light tannic touch, herbaceous traces, hint of mustard seed, citrus notes on a good, fresh finish.
