Cool, firm, crisp nose, light nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, yellow fruit, some light tobacco, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, ripe, juicy, bone-dry fruit on the palate, light yeasty, dried vegetal and floral traces, lively, elegant acidity, noticeable tannic grip, compact, persistent, still young, more salty mineral notes, noticeable acid bite on a very good tart, juicy finish.
