Translate to English Duft nach teils eingemachtem und kandiertem Kernobst mit fast ein wenig süßlicher Holzwürze, etwas gelben Melonen, feinen vegetabilen und auch nussigen Tönen. Reife, eher herbe Frucht im Mund, leicht rauchiges Holz mit nussigen und getreidigen Noten, feine Säure, viel Schmelz und gewisse Alkoholwärme, nachhaltig, ziemlich kräftig, schon eher breitschultriger Stil, wird mit Luft aber straffer und saftiger, vegetabile Noten, noch leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, sehr guter, wieder etwas rauchig-holziger und alkoholwarmer Abgang.
