Translate to English Leicht gedeckter und noch eine Spur unruhiger, erdig-vegetabiler, auch zart krautiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und deutlicher, kühl wirkender Mineralik. Reife, dabei wieder eher zurückhaltende, etwas schmelzige Frucht im Mund, vegetabile, erdige und ein wenig kräuterige Töne, mit Luft vor allem Estragon und Senfsaat, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ganz trockener Stil, hat Griff und auch etwas Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, gute Substanz, karamellige Spuren, sehr guter Abgang.
