Saftige, reife Frucht im Mund, viel Kräuterwürze und Mineralik, etwas Kandis und Bienenwachs am Gaumen, vegetabile und erdige Noten, feine, lebendige Säure, viel Kraft und Schmelz am Gaumen, ganz trockener Stil, ein Hauch Pfeffer im Hintergrund, nachhaltig, hat Griff, etwas Alkoholwärme, sehr guter Abgang.
