Translate to English Leicht karamelliger und an angeschmorten gelben Paprika erinnernder Duft mit ruhigen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einer Spur Vanille sowie kräuterigen und mineralischen Tönen. Klare, recht saftige, dabei vollkommen trockene Frucht im Mund, lebendige Säure, karamellige Töne und wieder eine Spur Vanille, moderater, ganz leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, hefige Spuren, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, recht fester Bau, etwas Tiefe, im Hintergrund kandierte Nüsse und getrocknete Kräuter, sehr guter Abgang.
