Im Mund vegetabil, voluminöse, eingemachte Kürbisfrucht mit Noten von Apfel und Pistazien, dazu leicht kräuterig und wieder hefig, eingebundene Säure, ruhig, harmonisch und schon etwas zugänglich, mineralische Nuancen, hat gewisse Tiefe und Länge.
