Dried floral, yellow-spicy and a hint of vegetal scent of partly dried yellow fruits. Firmly knit, partly dried, juicy sweet fruit with tart yellow spice and nutty tones, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, has power and substance, salt in the background, also a hint of smoke, fine vegetal flavours, quite complex, good depth, very good, firm, juicy, spicy, mineral and smoky finish, again with grip
