2016 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Hades, Württemberg, Germany

Light nutty and prominent vegetal notes on the nose, yellow fruit and a hint of green berries, some yellow spice, oaky traces. Clear, polished, tart fruit on the palate, green vegetal notes, light nutty oak, elegant acidity, good persistence, touch of yellow spice and tobacco in the background, earthy and mineral notes, fairly firm structure, good depth, full-bodied, but also elegant, prominent salty notes on a very good, tart, juicy, slightly spicy finish. Excellent in an unfussy, tranquil style.
