2015 Grauburgunder trocken Hades, Württemberg, Germany

Nutty, spicy oak on the nose, light resiny notes, dried flowers, partly dried pomaceous fruit, fairly elegant vegetal notes with a hint of root vegetables, some bacon, traces of caramel. Very ripe, creamy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, candied nuts, smoky, spicy oak, bacon, vegetal and light salty notes, persistent, quite full-bodied, yeasty traces, hint of tobacco and drie flowers, good substance and persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, waxy traces, very good creamy, nutty, slightly spicy finish.
