Im Mund eingemachte gelbe Frucht, wieder vegetabile und nussig-herbe Töne, auch erdige und etwas altholzig wirkende Nuancen, passende Säure, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, hat gewissen Schmelz und angedeutete Substanz, ordentlicher bis guter, etwas rauer Abgang mit zart süßlich-säuerlichen sowie herb-nussigen Anklängen.
