Cool, firm nose, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, yellow and green fruit, hint of bay leaf and bell pepper, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and some dried floral and spicy notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, light grip, persistent, concentrated and quite full-bodied, delicate nutty oak, noticeable salty notes, good depth, very good, firm, tart, juicy finish. showing no signs of age.

Editor note: Translate to English Holzwürziger, kräuteriger, vegetabiler und leicht nussiger Duft nach Kernobst, etwas Stachelbeeren und getrockneten Zitrusfrüchten mit Holundernoten, Salbei, Minze, Koriander und deutlich mineralischen Tönen. Klare, saftige und würzige, reife Frucht im Mund, integriertes Holz, Kräuteraromen, vegetabile Noten und Mineralik, feine, lebendige Säure, sehr gut integriertes Holz, wieder Holunder, Minze und deutlich Koriander, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, hat Kraft und Griff, aber auch Biss, beste Balance, noch eher jung, ziemlich komplex, sehr guter Abgang. Hat mit der Flaschenreife noch einmal deutlich gewonnen.

Editor note: Translate to English Recht tiefer, gewürziger und holziger Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit Spuren von Karamell und Kandis sowie pfeffrigen und erdig-mineralischen Noten mit leicht an Whisky erinnernden Aromen. Fest gewirkt im Mund, dicht, kräftig und saftig, deutliche Holzaromatik und süßlich-herbe Gewürznoten, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Tiefe, ausgezeichnete Substanz, wieder deutlich an Whisky erinnernde Töne, sehr guter Abgang.
