Cool, slightly smoky-bacon-like, somewhat nutty and vegetable to herbal scent of bright yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of bamboo shoots and meadow flowers. Clear, rather slender fruit with a hint of peach skin and suggested red berries, lively acidity, slightly fine sandy tannin, certain sustainability, chalky, clayey and stony tones, in the background a certain plant bitterness, good to very good finish.
