Tart, firm, slightly nutty and smoky aroma with pome fruit and citrus aromas, fine vegetal and herbal tones, a hint of tobacco and mineral nuances. Quite juicy, tart, ripe fruit, lively acidity and lots of grip, slightly smoky on the palate, nutty and herbaceous-vegetable tones, persistent, salt in the background, still undeveloped, firm structure, very good, grippy and tart-juicy finish with bite and delicate verbena bitterness.
