Clear, quite polished pome fruit scent with nutty, delicately herbal and floral nuances. Quite cool, polished, fine-juicy fruit, nutty and moderate herbal-floral notes, very slightly floral, still a hint of yeasty, very fine acidity, hints of smoke in the background, delicate melting, good persistence, very good finish.
