Quite firm, a touch warm, rather noble yellow-fruity nose with tart herbal, delicately smoky and restrained floral tones, hints of saffron, ginger and herbs. Clear, quite juicy, ripe fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, almost a little ethereal herbal-herbal aromas in the background, a hint of artichoke, vegetable oil and light nutty hints, persistent, has power but also cooling elements, certain minerality, salty to slightly chalky mineral tones, very good substance and certain depth, a touch of butter, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish.
