Tart, quite firm, almost cool bouquet with clearly herbal to slightly herbaceous and rather restrained yellow fruity aromas, nutty and mushroomy tones, some wax and a hint of smoke. Tight, juicy, youthful fruit, nutty, smoky and herbaceous-herbal tones, quite lively acidity, alcohol-warm but also cooling ethereal notes, good persistence, a hint of dark berries and juniper, still undeveloped, a trace of rock candy, again also wax, very good, tight finish.
