Somewhat dried-vegetable and coffee-spicy aroma of ripe predominantly dark fruits with malty notes, a little juniper, cumin and mineral traces. Ripe, firm, warm, dark fruit, lots of coffee-spicy wood, nutty tones and a hint of bitter chocolate, some smoke and a trace of soot, persistent, has power, lots of salt in the background, some acid bite, still undeveloped, a little drying and again smoky and coffee-roasted to chocolaty in the very good, already again somewhat juicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
