Cool, reserved, quite polished citrus scent with pome and stone fruit nuances as well as delicately herbaceous and floral nuances. Rather firmly worked, completely dry fruit with lively acidity and nutty tones, dried vegetable to herbaceous notes on the palate, quite clear minerality, a hint of smoke, some depth, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish
