Concentrated, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous and nutty, lightly woody aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas, hints of smoke and quite distinct minerality. Firmly woven, tangy, rather light fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and herbaceous-vegetable aromas, fine acidity, some grip, lasting, certain depth, distinct minerality, has tension, very good, firm, tangy, again slightly nutty finish with bite.
