Slightly nutty and a hint of smoky fragrance with restrained, tart yellow fruity notes, floral hints and a hint of bacon. Clear, polished, finely juicy, yet quite dense and firm fruit, delicately smoky hints of wood, fine nutty aromas and again hinted at bacon, very light red-berry notes, persistent on the palate, elegant style, fine spicy tones, quite clear minerality, good depth, very good, firm, juicy finish
