Elegant vegetal notes and traces of white pepper on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, very delicate hint of mushrooms, prominent mineral notes. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, becomes increasingly juicy with aeration, light nutty oak, prominent salty notes, ripe tannins provide elegant grip, very elegant acidity, good persistence, tart mineral notes, light earthy and chalky notes, some depth, gains significantly in complexity and expression with aeration, nutty and very light smoky aromas on a very good, tart, firm finish.
