Fairly cool, rather closed nose, vegetal and light floral notes, restrained citrus and apple aromas, prominent sage. Ripe, fairly juicy, green apple fruit on the palate, light nutty and floral notes, hint of dark berries, very elegant acidity, good persistence, salty notes in the background, medium body, hint of sugar candy, light mineral traces in the background, yeasty traces, very good finish.
