Clear, cool, very polished nose, still delicately yeasty, pomaceous fruit, elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, hint of citrus. Very clear, elegant, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty and vegetal aromas, light grip, persistent, mineral notes in the background, lively, perfectly balanced, elegant and very appealing, some depth, still young, noble nutty and spicy tart mineral notes on a surprisingly long, elegant, juicy finish. Very enjoyable.
