Fine, clear, nutty and delicately vegetal, also a hint of floral pome fruit scent with red berry and delicately floral aromas as well as restrained woody hints. Firmly woven, tart, quite fresh, restrained fruit, nutty aromas, a hint of roast and cocoa, very fine acidity, smoky hints, some grip, good depth, mineral notes, restrained power, very good, taut, tart finish with cool juice, minerality and again slightly smoky spice.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, spargelig-vegetabiler, erdiger und mineralischer, auch leicht tabakiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, recht deutlicher Mineralik und nussigen Holzaromen sowie einem Hauch dunkler Beeren und Jod. Fest gewirkt und herb-saftig im Mund, wieder deutlich vegetabil und mit rauchiger und nussiger Holzwürze, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feinsandiger Gerbstoff-Griff, rauchige Nuancen, gute Tiefe, noch jung und ziemlich kompakt, speckige Nuancen, viel dunkle Mineralik, hat Kraft, ein Hauch Kandis im Hintergrund, sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang.
