2014 Ihringen Winklerberg Wanne Spätburgunder trocken Grosses Gewächs, Häusleboden®, Baden, Germany

Lightly smoky, nutty, and tobacco-like aroma of black and a little red berries with a hint of bacon and herbal nuances. Ripe, quite firm, juicy fruit with a slight acidity and relatively present, fine-grained tannins, smoky, bacony, nutty, and slightly roasted on the palate, persistent, salty in the background, a bit of dark chocolate and coffee, certain depth, very delicate carbonation, a hint of tobacco, very good finish with dark juice, minerality, and a bitter, slightly roasted spice. Has developed very well.
