Restrained yellow fruit on the nose, tart spicy vegetal notes, earthy and mineral traces. Creamy, ripe but also restrained fruit on the palate, more earthy and vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence and has some depth, polished, excellent balance, quite refreshing, very good finish.
