Quite a spicy nose, stone and pomaceous fruit, melon and kumquat, red berries, also some rooibos and floral traces. Elegant and juicy on the palate, very spicy fruit, elegant acidity, mineral traces, fairly prominent kumquat, lime and pineapple, bone dry. some salty mineral notes in the background, medium persistence, good finish. Has developed very nicely.

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, strong hint of rooibos tea, some traces of muscat. Totally dry on the palate, again a strong sense of red bush tea, lemony notes and some pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent acidity, noticeable tannins, light mineral notes in the background, good substance, elegant tart spice on quite a good finish.
