2007 Achkarren Schlossberg Silvaner Spätlese trocken ***, Baden, Germany

Very shy nose, tranquil and muted, delicate vegetal notes, nutty traces and some yellow fruit. Tranquil and muted again on the palate, restrained fruit, vegetal as well as bitter nutty notes, elegant acidity, mineral traces, not particularly deep, muted again on an attractive finish.
