Editor note: Cool, restrained nose with honeydew melon and some pomaceous fruit, delicate vegetal and mienral notes. Clear and firm on the palate, with cool, slightly salty mienral notes, tart nutty notes and vegetal notes, fairly prominent, very elegant acidity, thus appears lighter than it really is, good persistence, good long finish.
