2004 Ihringen Winklerberg Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Honeydew melon and nuts on the nose, light mienral traces and quite a bit of finesse. Crystal-clear on the palate, elegant spicy and mienral notes, playful acidity, both full-bodied and elegant, firmly structured, persistent and quite deep on the palate, good long finish. Will probably be at its peak in 2006.
