2002 Achkarren Schlossberg Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken ***, Baden, Germany

Firm nose with apple and melon aromas, delicate mineral notes, nuances of sweet, green vegetables and delicate spicy oak. Clean and juicy in the mouth, firmly woven, with elegant acidity, delicately spicy, sweet and rounded on the palate, concentrated and very persistent, excellent balance, long, quite fruity finish.
