2019 Ruppertsberg Hoheburg Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken "P.C.", Pfalz, Germany

A hint of green-vegetable, reminiscent of broccoli with yellow-fruity, yeasty, delicately floral and also hints of tobacco. Ripe, somewhat warm and slightly sweet fruit, floral and yeasty aromas, again quite distinct vegetal tones, very fine, yet lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, has power, a certain depth, mineral in the background, also slightly herbaceous and hints of mushroom, gains noticeably in tension, juice and depth with air, very good, quite firm, again a little sweetish finish
