2010 Wachenheim Böhlig Riesling trocken P.C., Pfalz, Germany

Slightly muted, slightly nutty scent with sweet, dried-on, yellow-fruity aromas, a bit of candy, honey and earthy-mineral tones. Relatively slim, firm, sweet and sour fruit, noticeable, slightly sandy and drying tannins, dried vegetal and very light old oak, quite clear mineral notes in the background, becomes harmonious and juicy with air, good to very good, again a little tannic finish with a very present acidity. Becomes duller and greener with air.
