Relatively alcoholic, somewhat floral and ethereal-herbaceous scent of predominantly black berries with a hint of cherries, red beets, as well as slightly meaty, malty, and fatty notes. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat canned fruit, again distinctly herbaceous-ethereal spice and a bit of raw meat, youthful, fine, still slightly dusty-sandy tannin, persistent and strong on the palate, noticeable alcohol, but also cooling elements, chalky-salty tones in the background, wasabi and marjoram, also stony notes, juniper and cumin, very good, firm finish with noticeable alcohol, but again with a certain ethereal coolness.
